Responsibilities

  • Lead the Department:
    • Drive customer excellence by supporting, supervising, and overseeing the team in order to ensure that high-quality services are delivered and expectations are being met
    • Contribute to the development of Account Managers through hands-on coaching/mentoring, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, conducting regular performance reviews, resolving personnel issues, recommending top performers for promotions, etc.
    • Optimize and improve processes already in place; identify gaps and establish additional processes, when necessary
    • Function as an effective change manager within the department. Adjust team priorities to meet goals and commitments. Respond effectively to changing demands in order to re-allocate and re-prioritize resources as needed
    • Establish formal standardized training program for Account Management department
    • Focus on customer retention strategy; focus on measuring and understanding metrics related to customer retention
    • Act as a liaison to internal support teams, such as operations, billing, and customer service, to ensure efficient, effective resolution
  • Lead Clients:
    • Listen to the needs of our clients and communicate those details to other teams
    • Take a leading role in resolution of escalated issues
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the product internally and externally
    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Digital Marketing, primarily SEO and PPC; ability to provide expertise when discussing campaign strategies
    • Preserve and grow the NPAccel brand
    • Identify ways to improve customer experience, whenever possible

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant experience in an account management role within a marketing agency environment
  • 5+ years of management experience leading account management/client services teams of 20+ people
  • 5+ years of digital marketing industry experience; expertise in technical SEO (required) and PPC, CRO (highly preferred)
  • Experience managing Account Management department that handles 1,000+ clients
  • Experience working with HubSpot or other CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field) or equivalent experience required
  • Effective leadership methods, practices, and techniques required to motivate and supervise others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings

About the Opportunity

NPAccel (NPA) is seeking an experienced VP of Paid Media to build our Paid Media team and serve as a trusted resource for our prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience building and leading a Paid Media team at a digital marketing agency, but also has the ability to get their hands dirty and do the planning and management yourself. Core Responsibilities

  • Work with SMEs to develop integrated approaches for our clients & prospects

  • Identify needs of clients and help translate those needs into deliverables and SOWs

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC, Paid Social, Display, Remarketing, and Analytics

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy:

  • Write highly engaging website/blog/social media copy that reflects the brand identity and target audience of each and every client we serve
  • Strategize creative direction and copy concepts based on each individual SMB client and their needs/requests
  • Continually improves editorial procedures and standards to ensure all marketing language is brand consistent, grammatically correct, and accurately sourced
  • Work on internal marketing fulfillment team to find ways to enhance the customer experience and increase our clients’ revenue through your excellent written work
  • Update promotional content on client websites and effectively amplify on social media channels

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Head of Operations in managing Service Hub programs in HubSpot·

At NPA, Paid Media Specialists are typically responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support clients in their growth goals.

The Paid Media Specialist role will help drive growth and success for organizations on digital platforms. This role is important as it is an integral part of the development and management of having an effective digital strategy as well as effective media buying for our customer base.

About the Role

At NPA, Paid Media Specialists will typically work within a larger digital marketing team and report directly to the VP of Paid Media as well as the Sr. Paid Specialist to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with overarching marketing goals for our individual customers. Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs for customers
  • Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media for each individual client
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting, and paid account audits
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Core Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC, Paid Social, Display, Remarketing, and Analytics
  • A history of developing business-driving integrated Paid Media programs for clients ranging from SMB to Fortune 100 and spanning B2B and B2C
  • Proven experience building, growing, auditing, monitoring, and reporting on different types of digital ad campaigns
  • Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through the use of data & analytics, market research, and strategic frameworks
  • Experience managing complex, multi-platform digital marketing strategies across clients
  • Successful track record of helping to build and present strategic digital approaches, recommendations, and tactics for clients
  • Ability to translate digital & industry trends into succinct, compelling, conversational language for a variety of C-Suite and Marketing audiences
  • Deep understanding of agency-style business operations and how to leverage performance tactics to ensure long-term customer success and continued revenue growth
  • An individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and a passion for building a new department and service offering within an agency
  • Strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company’s thought leadership on PPC industry topics
  • Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred

The billing clerk will play an integral part in our customer retention and satisfaction while also facilitating successful business relationships. 

About you

You’re an aspiring financial or accounting professional with a knack for producing excellent work while enjoying what you do. Adaptability will be your middle name while working closely with our internal accounting team and external existing customers. Attention to detail, generating and producing reports while working in a timely manner set you apart.

The billing clerk will collaborate with our internal staff to provide excellent support to our customers while providing clear and error-free data to ensure accurate financial information is up to date. 

Responsibilities

  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Issue refunds to customers
  • Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings.
  • Update the customer master file with contact information
  • Track exceptions between the contract billing dates and recurring invoice dates
  • Submit / Process payments by electronic data interchange
  • Monitor open invoices for payment and follow up on payments
  • Notify appropriate team members of unpaid invoices
  • Create weekly AR status reports  
  • Update all billing procedures.
  • Handle billing inquiries from the customers

Preferred/Required Skills and Expertise

  • 1+ years’ experience of general accounting experience. 
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks online
  • Excellent computation ability
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Ability to consume free snacks and drinks
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable meeting demands of clients
